The owner of the pet(s) must complete and sign the Client Information, Veterinary Authorisation and Service Agreement Forms along with the Terms and Conditions to allow Paws 4 Walking to act in the pet(s) best interest. Owners must also declare if their pet(s) is likely to cause any harm to themselves, other animals, the general public or our staff. If this is not disclosed, then the agreement can be cancelled by us with no prior notice and non refund. Paws 4 Walking are fully Insured through Cliverton Business Insurance, which covers dog walkers, pet boarding, pet sitters, pet taxi, loss of keys and includes Public Liability and Care Custody and Control. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that security, safety and care of your pet(s) are paramount. However, in the event of an accident or theft as a result of our direct actions, we are limited to a maximum payment of £250. No further liability will be accepted by Paws 4 Walking. For advanced bookings a deposit of 50% will be required. The remaining 50% of fees must be paid upon the first visit or key collection. In the case of weekly/monthly contracts payments must be made in advance. If a cancellation occurs with over 30 days notice the whole deposit/full payment will be returned. If it is less deposit/full payment will be non-refundable. Paws 4 Walking will always care for your pet to the best of our ability. In the event of an emergency all efforts will be made to contact the owner. If we are unable to reach the owner for any reason then we will call your Emergency Contact as detailed on the Client Information Form. Paws 4 Walking will reserve the right to make decisions regarding the pet(s) welfare and health, provided it is at all times acting in the best interest of the pet (s) and/or on the advice of a veterinary surgeon. The owner will be responsible for payment of any veterinary fees during the owners absence. Paws 4 Walking accept no liability in the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill or passes away whilst in our care. The owner of the pet(s) must ensure that vaccinations, worming and flea treatments are kept fully up-to-date at all times. Upon visits there must adequate food and bedding. If the owner instructs Paws 4 Walking to exercise their dog(s) off the lead, or your pet(s) should have access to a garden then the owner accepts full financial responsibility and liability for loss or damage caused.
Please note that we are happy to walk bitches that are in season but only on a One2One basis, please keep this in mind when booking.
We reserve the right to cancel with minimal notice, however, any deposits will be refunded. |
